Make up inventory list for Candice project (fair skin) and "how to do". (Finally!)
By u/United_Federations
First of all, this project was a learning experience for me and it went through several iterations. If interested in the complete journey, click on my username and go through my posts from the beginning. All the make up and steps I went through are not necessary to obtain a realistic look. I've tried to boil it down a bit.
Make up and tools for fair color skin dolls:
A. Eyeshadow palette (Max Factor), 002 - Crushed Blooms
B. Lip Lifter Gloss (Maybelline), No 008 - Stone
C. Light Brown Eyebrow pencil (Glam of Sweden), Item No H01413
D. Super Stay Ink Crayon (Maybelline), No 10. (If you only want to invest in just one make up tool to enhance fair color skin this is the ONE. Great for areolas, pussy lips and asshole shading)
E. Lip Liner (Lip Twister) Pink
F. Colour Elixir Lip Liner (Max Factor), 025 - Brown n bold
G. Greyish brown Brow Pencil (Super Brows), - Blonde
H. Hair punching tool (home made)
I. Brown wig
How to do:
I started this project with a simple but effective make up with just two tools: The light brown brow pencil and lip gloss.
I sketched out the areolas with the brow pencil and added detail by drawing small circles with the pen inside the areolas. I then applied the lipgloss, covering the areolas. I left the gloss to "soak in" for a while, but it will never dry completely. To seal off the gloss you need to cover it with renewal powder (I used Tantalys). This absorbes the liquid medium of the gloss. Make sure to cover the gloss completely with powder to avoid smearing. Then remove the powder with a damp cloth.
I used the same techniques for the pussy area: Lip gloss on pussy lips and the shading around the pussy and asshole with brow pencil. The lip gloss on the inner pussy lips does rub of with frequent use and friction. The Super stay ink crayon has proven a better tool for this area, both easier to apply and better endurance.
I later applied more detail by adding superficial blod vessels to the areolas. For this I used the Lip Twister lip liner. This step is not necessary though.
Next step I experimentet with light greyish pink eye shadow to blend down the areolas to a cooler shade that matched the fair skin tone more.
After that I experimented with making the edges of the areola less even (less perfect circle) for a more natural look and used the Colour Elixir Lip Liner to accentuate a slightly darker outline of the areola. I also used the Ink Crayon to touch up the nipples and areola when necessary.
For the pussy I improved the make up by using the Ink Crayon on the inner pussy lips and for shading around pussy and asshole. I then used some of the darker shades of the eye shadow on the inner lips (minora) and the greyish brown brow pencil on the outer lips (majora) for shading.
I also experimented with different styles of pussy hair, by using a brown wig and a home made hair punching tool. I finally settled on a natural look for the pubes, but trimmed short.
The end result is quite exciting!

Q: Impressive and inspiring work! Thank you for sharing. I'm looking to do similar upgrades for my doll and I was wondering if you had tried any of the lip gloss stains or tinctures that would last longer? Or is does it stain the TPE material permanently?
A: I think all type coloration will fade or rub off eventually, even if you use silicone paint. There are, however, techniques you can apply to make it last longer.
One technique is to apply powder over any liquid lip gloss (or any other product) to seal the make up. Most types of lip gloss or sticks will never cure/dry completely. To avoid smearing you can cover the make up with renewing powder (from tantaly or other). This will absorb the liquid medium in the gloss/make up and leave only the pigmentation behind. Make sure to cover the makeup completely and press/massage the powder without rubbing. Then remove the powder with a damp cloth and you will have a dry matt finished make up that holds better than you think.
With frequent rubbing ;) both the TPE along with any coloration will rub off. The TPE is however porous and will absorb some of the make up. The most absorbant make up I've tried so far is skin foundation. The skin foundation will fade a bit as it gets absorbed by the TPE and will also rub off from "high contact areas", but will do so to a less degree for each reapplication. I would consider skin foundation to be semi-permanent in that even if it fades it will never come off completely (atleast not for a very long time). Oh, and the skin foundation I used seem to be waterproof.
There are also some make up that stick well on it's own, like the Super Stay Ink Crayon (listed above). The ink crayon hold well and is very easy to reapply.
