You can earn points by creating an account, shopping at tantaly.com, following us on social media, commenting on your purchases, and more!
 To earn points for shopping, make sure to use the same email address linked to your account at checkout.

Points can be redeemed for coupons. You can convert your points into discount codes by logging in to the VIP widget at the bottom right of the Tantaly website or at the checkout page. You can then use these discount codes during checkout.

The points and rewards redeemed with points are valid for 6 months.
The point expiration feature start on August 1, 2024, and any points or rewards earned before that date will start counting their validity from August 1, 2024.
So if you redeem the 10%, 15% and 25% off discount rewards before August 1st, the discount code will still be valid for 6 months.

The discounts you receive by converting every 50 points to 1 USD can be stacked, including with the VIP New Customer 12% discount code or promotional discount codes. However, the VIP New Customer 12% discount code cannot be stacked with promotional discount codes.
Please note that the 10%, 15% and 25% off rewards redeemed with points cannot be stacked with other discount codes.

If you cancel an order, the points earned from that order will be deducted from your account.

Please note that redeemed discount rewards are non-refundable and cannot be reused. If you wish to refund the points for the redeemed reward, please contact us at service@tantaly.com.

You may have used a different email address for registration and checkout. If you used a specific email at checkout different from the one you logged in with before purchasing, this situation could occur. If this is the case, please email us at service@tantaly.com.

We introduced the VIP level system on July 1, 2024, and no entry bonus  are issued at that time. After that date, when your VIP level is upgraded, you will receive a entry bonus points.

If you did not join the Tantaly VIP Club when making purchases, you won't accumulate purchase points and spending amounts. Your VIP level is determined by your annual spending after joining the VIP Club.

You will only receive a 2500-point reward when a new Tantaly customer, through your referral link, receives a 10% discount and places first order of $199 or more.

Typically, for each successful referral where your friend places an order over $199, you receive 2500 points reward. If you prefer not to receive points, you can contact us for a $30 back at tantaly.service@outlook.com.
