Please note that it is normal for the tracking information to not update for 1-3 business days while the package is in transit to the courier. If your package is marked as delivered on the carrier’s website but you have not received it, please check locations such as your porch, backyard, garage, or any place where the package might have been left. Also, ask anyone who might have picked it up for you. If you still cannot find it, please contact the carrier and inform us so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
All products are thoroughly inspected and securely packaged before shipment. Upon receiving your package, please inspect it for any damage:
If the outer box is opened or the product’s packaging is damaged.
If the outer box has noticeable water stains.
In such cases, immediately take photos or videos as evidence and check the inner packaging for damage. File a claim with the carrier and contact us if further assistance is needed.
If you receive the wrong item, please promptly provide photos and videos to the carrier for a claim. Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement shipment.
